authors

The list of people (automatically) pulled out of our documents as an
author (which included editors and contributors for this purpose) is
amusing large, with 35 entries.  It's attached, as are the five
inexact duplicates, which I don't have an easy way to hunt down.
They're mostly people who have two home page URLs.
