Meanwhile, it looks like no one has tackled the ill-formed XML or the
glyph problems.
I looked at the ill-formed XML in Document_Overview, and it seems to be
due to "wiki madness" in template inclusion and harmless. Maybe someone
else can look at the other docs to similarly make sure the valid HTML
finally generated matches the probably-intent of the ill-formed input
HTML...
