RE: preview drafts

Hi!

I also experience a few cases for the RDF-Based Semantics,
where checklinks claims to have found links with broken fragments, 
but they are ok, when I click on them:
 
  * <http://www.w3.org/2005/10/Process-20051014/tr#cfi>
  * <http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-semantics/rdfs.html#theorem-2>
  * <http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-semantics/rdfs.html#comprehension_principles>
