RE: preview drafts

Hi Sandro!

In the Document Overview, there is still this problem with the link to the
Document Overview itself in the Roadmap (§4):

  "http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/draft/owl2-overview/#"

"#" at the end! Compare this link with the other links, e.g.:

  http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/draft/ED-owl2-semantics-20090521/

Looks as if this "#" leads to trouble with the creation of versioned links.
