Re: Votes to advance documents to LC and CR

Personally I think that just about all the documents are ready for the
next phase.  The Working Group may have to make a few of the votes
conditional on changes resulting from the LC2 comments, however.

I note that there is also an agenda item on CR exit criteria.  Perhaps
some proposal will be coming from the WG chairs in the near future that
can serve to start discussion.

It also may be a good idea to officially vote on the changed vocabulary
for annotations on some axioms and other annotations, although this is a
tiny, technical change, with miniscule consequences, and it has already
been discussed.
