JC6, (yet another) response drafted

Hi!

According to the last TC, I have drafted a response to Jeremy's Negative Property Assertion, see

However, I have found there an already drafted version by Peter. So we now have /two/ drafts. :-]

I can see that there is both overlap and differences, so we should probably try to merge.
