tiny comment on the Q&R

This is not the result of some systematic review, just something that
caught my eyes:

Section 3.2 (which profile to choose?) I guess there is an editorial
issue with the fourth bullet (OWL 2 QL or OWL 2 RL). I expect that to be
a subsection of Section 3.2 rather than another bullet.
