Another week has gone by without me finding the time to update the
scribe conventions page, but I wanted to let scribes know there is now a
much easier way to do the first big step -- puting the IRC log on the
wiki. Now there's a just a button to press, and you can do it as often
as you like, during the meeting, etc.
The new procedure is documented here:
http://www.w3.org/2009/CommonScribe/manual
The OWL scribe conventions need to be changed to refer to this page and
state any OWL-specific things folks should know.
