two editorial bugs in the Structural Spec

Hi!

Sec. 3: "Each DataUnionOf and DataIntersectionOf in O MUST satisfy the restrictions from Section 7.2 and Section 7.3"
But it's Section 7.1 for intersections (the link points to the right place).

Sec. 5.7: typo in example: "even th[r]ough literals": should probably be "though"
