Hi Rinke I agree with you that several (N) are still missing in the QRG document and I had notified the authors about it some times ago after my review of the document. BTW I also mentionned that the (N) pointer might have been replaced by something else more clear e.g. (New) or (NF&R) to point to NF&R.
