The standard W3C document license is *very* restrictive: http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2002/copyright-documents-20021231 So, for example, I believe that this extraction from the Syntax document: http://wiki.webont.org/page/OWL/CNL is not conforming. But that's silly to have to recreate that bit of boilerplate. Similarly, I want to encourage tool builders to create specializations of the primer to their tools. Also, I think the syntax document would be really nice to use as a base for online help. So, I would like us to license our documents under a more permissive license. Cheers, Bijan.
