Apologies for not reporting in prior to the call - I had tried to do this to the wiki, ran into some mapping problems between N3 syntax and the Wiki syntax - kept getting errors. I finally decided I needed help and have asked Sandro to take a look - soon as this is figured out, I'll add appropriate discussion. Again, my proposal will be to make this an informative appendix (not normative) to the fragments document and to bring it in line with our final document design.
