Beware that the EU and the US are out of sync wrt Daylight saving  
time. Please check

We will resume our discussion, aiming to document what we will bring  
back to the WG - those areas where we are in agreement, and  
outstanding issues. I'll try to summarize our current state over the  
weekend.
