Re: unicode wiki logins

I'm not sure why my tests of UTF8 names failed earlier, but Markus
certainly seems to be right here.  Shall we have people use their full
real name (as on [1]) as their Wiki account?  I think that makes the
most sense.

So instead of linking like
   [[AlanRuttenberg|Alan Ruttenberg]] 
We'll just link like
   [[Alan Ruttenberg]] 

Sorry we didn't figure this out earlier!
