RE: document preparation for publication

Hello,

Looks quite good to me, apart from the fact that the authors and contributors are indented under "This version"; this seems to be
different from the usual W3C's documents.

Some formatting was broken at the end of the semantics document, but this was due to an error in the Wiki, and I've fixed it.
