proposal for cancelling 2 Jan OWL WG telecon

Propose cancelling the OWL WG telecon currently scheduled for the 2nd
of January 2008 as suggested by Ivan on today's call.  Cancelling this
would mean that no telecon would be held for this group until 9
January.
