Hi Bijan and Evren! The OWL-1.1 issue list contains the following issue: Issue 14: "Lift restriction on types of property in SelfRestriction." http://code.google.com/p/owl1-1/issues/detail?id=14 which only consists of a link to a post by Evren in January: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-owl-dev/2007JanMar/0079.html In this mail, Evren believes that a certain non-structural restriction can be relaxed. But the following day, Evren himself reports that this thought was invalid: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-owl-dev/2007JanMar/0087.html So alone from this "discussion" it seems that this should not be an issue anymore. But I can see that Bijan has raised the issue actually two months after Evren's mails. So I wonder if there has been some additional discussion afterwards, which in the end led to raising this issue. I can also see that this issue has been "accepted", and that the "owner" of this issue isn't Bijan, but Ian Horrocks. But I don't really know what "accepted" and "owner" means in this context. @Bijan: If this is still an issue, can you please add a short explaining comment to it? This might be helpful for me and others in better understanding these "non-structural restrictions" and their ramifications. Or was raising this issue just a mistake, and it can be closed?
