Hi!

I just noted that in the OWL 2 Errata at

     <http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Errata>

there are

    * two entries marked as errata item "38", and

    * for both items marked "38", a weblink
      to the original bug report is missing.

Two more notes, which may be relevant for the question how to resolve 
this (meta) issue:

   * Both items "38" have already been "handled by the editors", and are 
thus part of the 2nd edition of OWL 2.

   * There is already an item "39" that, while still pending, already 
has an "official" errata page "E39".
