on the OWL 2 Web Ontology Language last call drafts.

The working group has decided to take up your suggestion and define  
an RDF specification of the OWL 2 vocabulary in the RDF/XML exchange  
format. A draft of this specification can be found at [1]. The  
intention is that, when OWL 2 becomes a recommendation, the  
specification will be placed at [2].
