Suggested resolution to Issue 406 (RRID): Won't fix

Issue 406 relates to support for the RRID within the ORTC API:

While the RRID was recently introduced (see: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-avtext-rid) there are no current plans to implement it, since the RID header extension can be used to mark FEC/RTX and the RTP streams they protect.

Therefore Peter, Robin and Inaki have suggested that there is no current need to support the RRID in the ORTC API.

If you believe there is some reason to support the RRID, please speak up.  Otherwise, I will close this issue (which I opened originally) as "Won't fix".
