ibc has just created a new issue for https://github.com/openpeer/ortc: == [RtpParameters] clockRate is per stream, not per codec == What is the purpose of per-codec `clockRate` when that is a parameter related to the whole stream? What would happen if two codecs in the same `RtpSender` have different `clockRate`?
