This is my introduction.

My name is Jeff and I am the CEO of W3C.

W3C prides itself on Openness and Transparency but we are not perfect.  
For example, sometimes we operate in Member space. Usually there are 
good reasons for it (often historical) but sometimes these reasons no 
longer apply.  I hope to learn from this Group how we can improve our 
Openness and Transparency.
