It's just HTML/markdown + metadata. - All the contents are placed in Github and served using Github Pages - Schema.org extensions are also placed in Github. We will organize a specific meeting to solve any doubt about this on Friday 6th (07:00 UTC). I'll send a calendar invitation to the mailing list in a few seconds.
