Major changes to review [3]:
* Separation the model in two to make it more comprehensive. (competitions
and competitors)
* The model now is (more or less) aligned with the existing BBC Sports
ontology. Similar to the previous model but with more types. Some examples
also included clarifying the model (see [4]).
* Graph examples of rounds of trials [5].
* Included codes from EA and IOC.

@Nicolas, I don't see you in the participant list so I guess you still have
problems. Where did you get stuck? Have you got your W3C account?
