Re: Early draft of shared activity list

Perfect. My two cents:

The current list includes everything I'm aware of, with some exceptions.
The following disciplines are official for either IAAF (International
Asociation of Athletics Federations) or WMA (World Masters Athletics).

In Athletics:
* Weight Throw [2]. Popular discipline in masters competitions.
* Pentathlon [3]. Combined events may vary depending on where is held
(indoors/outdoors).
* Throws Pentathlon [4]. Includes: hammer throw, shot put, discus throw,
javelin throw and weight throw.
* Race walking [5]. -> It could be on a track or on road.
* Relays [7]. -> Both, 'Track and field' and 'on road' discipline.

In Running:
* In the list there are 'Sprints' and 'Long Distance', but not 'Medium
distance'. This term is used for those track races longer than sprints, up
to 3000 metres.
* Mountain Running. In the list, it appears as 'Fell Running' (I think it's
a British-centric term).
* Ultra Running (maybe this could be included as long distance).
* Cross Country [6]. -> outside a track so maybe in the Running category.

We will continue with our classification. I'll send you more feedback on
whatever I can.
