Re: Kick-off Meeting

Hi Martín. Been a busy time for myself, so I'm just getting around to this
now.

I'm pretty much in the same place as Nic, I see no reason for you not to be
chair, and am certainly not more qualified.

With regards to the scheduling, presumably the times are UTC? I'm US ET,
and any evening -> early night (~20:00-24:00Z) works for me, as well as
just about any time on the weekend.
