My apologies for that! The dropbox connection to the
openannotation.org server was flakey and the versions got mixed up.
Everything should be correct now (shift+reload to ensure you don't
have a cached copy).

The only changes between the 0509 version and the 0501 version from
the announcement is to fix the license and copyright issues to be
compliant with the W3C community groups, and to add the W3C logo also
as required -- the model/content itself did not change at all.

* The /spec/core/ and /spec/extension/ versions are the most recent
released version
* These are mirrored by timestamped versions
* And link to the previous timestamped version

* There will also be /spec/core/future.html and
/spec/extension/future.html which is the current in-progress version
that we're editing based on feedback.  When we feel that there has
been significant improvements and consensus, we'll then publish it as
a new draft.
