Updated Candidate specification for Modelling Opportunity Data 2.0

Hi,

After completing our review of published data feeds and feedback from the
community we've made a number of changes to the draft 2.0 specification to
clarify and relax some of the new validation and conformance rules and to
handle some additional requirements.

The updated draft specification now here:

We plan to give a further week for feedback before publishing this as the
new definitive data model document.

Otherwise, based on the feedback we've had so far, we will assume that you
are all happy for us to proceed with formal publication of this version.
