Hi, Thanks to everyone who joined our call yesterday. The slides with the agenda and notes can be found here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ijrA2aCZOtNTGNIT5o4ZrPmgW0KOe_Sl9_JKzg8rNOk/edit?usp=sharing We discussed several things: * progress and changes to the Open Booking API 1.0 draft https://www.openactive.io/open-booking-api/EditorsDraft/index.html# * the technical approaches for how the booking API should support cancellations initiated by booking systems and event organisers. The current draft text is at: https://www.openactive.io/open-booking-api/EditorsDraft/index.html#booking-system-originated-cancellation * the requirements for advance booking and pre-payment. the summary of the proposal is here: https://github.com/openactive/modelling-opportunity-data/issues/98#issuecomment-420619983 Both of the latter issues would merit wider feedback and input from the community, particularly the issue on handling of cancellations from event organisers. There are several technical solutions available to us, with different pros and cons. My current feeling is that the cancellation issue will need to be resolved before we can publish the 1.0. However the requirements around the advance booking are simpler and so shouldn't significantly impact progress on either specification. Please take a look at the draft text and issue linked above and let us know your thoughts.
