Booking API Specification 0.7

Hi,

The latest draft of the Booking API specification, version 0.7 is now
available for comment:

This version includes support for facilities, as well as fixing up some
display and wording issues across the specification.

I think this version of the specification covers all of the requirements
that were highlighted for an initial 1.0 release.

Please review the specification and provide feedback on the content so we
can progress this to a first release by end of August.

If you are currently working on, or considering a trial implementation then
let me know. We are going to devote some time to a small reference
implementation but would like some independent review too.
