TPAC Open UI Hack Fest

Hey everyone,

As discussed we'll be doing a work session for our TPAC meeting rather than
going through issues. I'll probably give a very brief session on doing
research and creating a proposal from that research (this will also
hopefully inform how we can improve the docs).
