Dear all, following a series of OntoLex meetings at the conference series on Language, Data and Knowledge (LDK 2019, Leipzig, Germany; 2021, Zaragoza, Spain) I was about suggesting another such event for the upcoming 4th Conference on Language, Data and Knowledge(LDK-2023), to be held in Vienna, Austria, in Sep 2023 (see http://2023.ldk-conf.org/ and http://2023.ldk-conf.org/call-for-workshops-and-tutorials/ for the call for workshops). IMHO, the OntoLex community probably needs such a forum, as multiple series of telcos are running in parallel and very little exchange involves the entire OntoLex community, so I would like to suggest another half-day OntoLex workshop at LDK-2023, dedicated mostly to progress reports (FrAC, Morph), upcoming initiatives (Terminology?, SynSem?, Diachrony?, Multimodality?), and discussions (e.g., collaboration with Cost initiatives such as Nexus Linguarum and UniDive, project plans, ties with other W3C CGs, standardization initiatives and communities). I suggest to have a designated telco on the topic to come up with a proposal, not just limited to chairs, but including all interested community members, and I would suggest to have that call directly after or before one of the upcoming OntoLex/Nexus calls on morphology or corpus information (FrAC). Please find the Doodle under https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/er8nAW2b. If you're unavailable at any of these times and would like to suggest a new slot, please let me know to extend the Doodle accordingly. Thanks a lot, and best regards, Christian PS: Note that we have a parallel Doodle on allocating a new time slot for FrAC in two weeks. I would like to close that one on Friday, and then leave a few more days for people to settle on the slot for this call.
