Re: lime:entry

If I remember correctly, the diagram has been edited with *draw.io
<http://draw.io>* and I'm unsure whether we have the "sources" somewhere.
Unfortunately, I can't find the sources. Do you have them? Or at least, do
you have the sources of other diagrams so that the diagram of lime can be
recreated with a similar look?

If we find something to start from, I can for sure help to fix the diagram.

Additionally, thank you for clarifying that issues in the specs are managed
in GitHub: indeed, if I remember correctly, issue #17 seems to originate
from a report of mine.

Concerning the policy to update the specs, my viewpoint is that minor
editorial changes (e.g. typos, wrong links, etc.) should be applied quickly
(perhaps, the change may not even require an explicit version number).
Other, more complex, changes, especially ones that affect the model should
be evaluated more carefully, and they may require an explicit version
number (in the specifications, not in the URI of the ontology)
