[ontolex] lexicog module finished, ready for final proofread

Dear all,

Julia and myself have updated the lexicography module with the latest
feedback from the community members, and created the ontology that
describes the module. We consider the module finished and (almost) ready
for being published. Please take a final look at it during this and next
week (until 8th March) and inform us about any typo, stylistic issue or any
other minor remark that you might discover. Then, we will correct them and
proceed with the official release.

Further, we have localised the lexicog ontology in English and Spanish. If
any other author or community member wants to contribute with descriptions
in their own language(s), they will be more than welcome (also before 8th
March).
