Dear ontolex community, just in time for the end of the year, I have some good news for all of you. The ontolex spec is final. Today, I did some final changes corresponding to discussions that have been taking place regarding the metadata module. The bottome line is as follows: 1) The "lexicon" class will be regarded as the main metadata bearing entity in ontolex. No further entities are needed. 2) The "lexicon" class as well as the properties "entry" and "language" have been thus moved to the lime module. If you disagree with any of these changes, let me know until 4th of January. After that we will release the final spec and move the ontology files to the W3C web space. I wish you all a happy new year's even and thank you for your continued engagement in the ontolex community group. In the new year, we will get back to our regular teleconferences to develop new modules for the model. Happy new year to everyone! Seasonal greetings, Philipp. -- -- Prof. Dr. Philipp Cimiano AG Semantic Computing Exzellenzcluster für Cognitive Interaction Technology (CITEC) Universität Bielefeld Tel: +49 521 106 12249 Fax: +49 521 106 6560 Mail: cimiano@cit-ec.uni-bielefeld.de Office CITEC-2.307 Universitätsstr. 21-25 33615 Bielefeld, NRW Germany
