Hi Joshua, When I first joined a W3C group in 2008, scribing in the meetings used to happen in irc. I wonder whether any innovation has happened since them. What is the practice in other groups? Shouldn't decentralised apps be a favourite for W3C? (I speak from my ignorance, for I dont know much about these new tools....) I just tested Matrix, still exploring...
