Re: [ODRL] Meeting on formal semantics

IMHO:

I would suggest that you do a pre-meeting instead of getting the first item on the day “During this time, we share and agree on the expected results of this meeting.”

Ideally, would suggest to tag the Github items on a MOSCOW approach:

M – must (the ones that should be prioritised for the morning)

SC – should and could (after the priorities finalised/for the afternoon)

W – would – if there is any time left

This way you have an itemised flow as well already organised.

Also take the total amount of issues and figure what is the allocated time for discussion of each – and keep track of that time.

Also not sure if it is necessary to call out explicitly “implementations” at this stage (maybe a follow up if there are new issues/gaps?) and focus only on the semantics.

Not sure if 2 hr break is advisable (that’s 25% of the total time), – maybe a working lunch? and you will possibly do a dinner for those physically there as well?

Regards,

Dear ODRL supporters,

We plan to organise a meeting on December 19th in Madrid (and online) [1]. Nicoletta and I suggest the agenda that follows.

Do you have any idea on how to get the best from the short time we have? Any change to the agenda? What would you like to see discussed instead?

Regards,

Nicoletta and Víctor
