Meeting Notes:

1 - Main discussion was around the ODRL Profile template and use of W3C Profile.
- which URIs to use for ConformsTo
- which URI to use for the ODRL Profile (http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl/2/core <http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl/2/core>)
- versioning this URI is not likely for V2
2 - Victor will re-look at the ODRL Best Practices and recommend next steps
3 - Michael will start on the ODRL Profile BP (https://github.com/w3c/odrl/tree/master/profile-bp <https://github.com/w3c/odrl/tree/master/profile-bp>)
