Meeting Notes:

- Discussion around draft ODRL Profile BP [4]
- Follows the section 3.3 table
- Will add ‘constraint relational operators’
- Section 4 will cover profile identifier and greater descriptions
- W3C Profile Vocab (to be covered in section 4)
- Order the sections with the most common first
