RE: ODRL XML Encoding

Hi Renato.
For Reuters Agency News, we intend to use ODRL/RightsML<https://iptc.org/standards/rightsml/> as follows:
- as XML within / referenced from our NewsML-G2<https://iptc.org/standards/newsml-g2/> documents.
- as JSON in XMP within / referenced from multimedia content such as JPEGs.
