Rights Policy language processing

A very interesting story in The Guardian about some articles going missing online:

Guardian News use an in-house “DRM” system that records all rights agreements and issues instructions for each article as it is published
(such as whether it can be syndicated and if and when it should be removed from the website).

Sounds like a good use case for a semantic policy reasoning engine :-)
