Renato and all: I'm happy with both "update(To)" and "modify" as long as we define that this is a change of existing data of an asset. But in the context of the aim to keep the Action vocabulary simple I question if we really need both writeTo (adding data to the asset) and appendTo (adding data to the asset at its end) - isn't that overly granular? And hearing comments from outside our group - so with a fresh view on the Actions - I agree that the term writeTo does not tell that this is adding data - many will take this granting to edit data. My favourite design is: * modify or update: The Assigner permits/prohibits the Assignee(s) to modify/update existing data of the Asset * addTo: The Assigner permits/prohibits the Assignee(s) to add data to the Asset Michael From: Renato Iannella [mailto:ri@semanticidentity.com] Sent: Thursday, October 23, 2014 2:28 PM To: ODRL Community Group Subject: Re: Comment on Action vocabulary We used to have "modify" in ODRL Version 1.1 Perhaps we welcome it back?
