V2.1 Process Update

Dear all, after a small delay, we are now almost ready to go into the First “Call for Comments” period.

I plan to make the announcement tomorrow (12 Nov).

All documents are now dated “Final Draft” and dated “10 Nov 2014”

I have extended the “Last Call” to 5 weeks as it goes over the end-of-year period.
