ODRL tools

Hi

I'm currently looking at ODRL as part of a rights project at Pearson. We're
in the very early stages of this and looking at running some PoC projects
to test stuff out.

I'm trying to compile a list of any current ODRL tools that are available.
The only thing I've found so far is the 'Simple API' (

Is there anything else that anybody knows of?

Also, is there a 'wish list' of things that the ODRL community believe
would be useful tools to have available that don't currently exist?
