#8 - No response from DanB when asked about ODRL concepts being proposed for schema.org. Keep open
     [VRD] to provide mappings from schema.org concepts to ODRL Ontology concepts.

#12 - Complete with updated Model/Vocab drafts (now CLOSED)

#13 - W3C still unclear on direction of rights/policy language work. Keep Open

#14 - First draft published on  JSON Encoding
      [SM] to be added as co-editor to continue progress of the document

#15 - Identify Profiles in policy expressions. Agreement on the need for this mechanism. Proposals now sought on how to implement an identifier for the Profile type. (Changed to OPEN)

#16 - Use of @base in examples. Agreement to change all the examples in the ODRL Ontology draft to use full URIs for the identifiers for entities. [Mo] to update editorial change (Changed to OPEN)

#17 - "sameAs" issue with Action vocab terms. Agreement to change the vocab terms with multiple identifiers.
 - "Present" to become a (skos) broader term for "Display", "Execute", and "Play"
 - "Copy" to stay but use sameAs for CC's reproduction term
 - "Modify" to stay but use sameAs for CC's derivative term
 - "Transform" to stay but use sameAs for OMA's export term
 [RI] to post formal proposal
 (Change to OPEN)

#18 - Single URI Namespace. No obvious and clear consensus on the proposal to move to a single URI namespace for all ODRL serialisations. IPTC RightsML prefer two, but can live with one. Need to continue discussions and provide evidence on the advantages/benefits of a single URI namespace and implications of not adopting for ontology. (Change to OPEN)

 - Core Model/Vocab/XML Encoding are close to final but need to wait on some outstanding Issues #15, 17, 18
 - CC Profile Ok to go....
 - JSON Encoding still requires feedback and update
