RE: odrl-ISSUE-17: sameAs issue with Action vocabulary (forwarded)

I propose to discuss the option of no duplicate identifiers first (but to
introduce labels and to allow synonyms).

Only if this is turned down we have to present the duplicates (better).

Are you proposing that ODRL should not have "duplicate" concept identifiers?


(ie a semantic issue)

Or that we need to present our concepts better/nicer in our specs?

(ie a presentation issue)
