Hi Tom, we have moved permanetly now as a W3C Community Group: http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/ The version 1.1 xml schemas are now at: http://www.w3.org/2012/09/odrl/archive/odrl.net/1.1/ODRL-EX-11.xsd http://www.w3.org/2012/09/odrl/archive/odrl.net/1.1/ODRL-DD-11.xsd BTW, please have a look at ODRL Version 2.0 as we have made vast improvements.
