Review of Action Vocabulary and proposed changes by IPTC

Hi ODRL community,

 

as we at IPTC are discussing and testing the use of ODRL in a business
environment we had a deeper view on one of the key features for doing
business with ODRL: the Action vocabulary.

The main criteria for our review was to check if the semantics of the Action
terms are clear, unambiguous and not overlapping. 

 

Based on that we've created an extended grid of the Action vocabulary
including proposed modifications and the introduction of a hierarchy of the
terms.
