Implement NIP-01 in C Language

Hi, this is my first time sending a message here.

I'm currently interested in writing a relay in C language.

Why C? It's the only language i use on a daily basis,
even though i'm not a professional

For this project, I will use the following libraries in C: /
libwebsockets, cJSON, OpenSSL, /and /secp256k1/.

However, I'm confused about how to efficiently complete NIP 01,
so that it won't be burdensome in the future

Could someone please help me?
