That's pretty easy to resolve, actually - I'd expect, in the fullness of
time, for ChromeOS to support
USB-MIDI<http://www.usb.org/developers/devclass_docs/midi10.pdf>devices;
the mapping to the Web MIDI API should be pretty straightforward,
and 99.9% of the MIDI devices produced today are USB-based.
Maybe the hesitation I had was due to an incomplete mission statement for
the prollyfill.org group - maybe this could be articulated somehow?
That would help, yes - I had to find a definition for "prollyfil" from
Twitter. :)
